\u2022 Tener vigente el Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Transito SOAT ante el RUNT
\u2022 Estar a paz y salvo ante el Sistema Integrado de Informaci\u00f3n de Multas por Infracciones de Transito SIMIT
\u2022 Tener vigente la revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico mec\u00e1nica ante el RUNT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 En caso de ser persona Jur\u00eddica, deber\u00e1 presentar certificado de existencia y representaci\u00f3n legal del propietario con vigencia no mayor a 30 d\u00edas.
\u2022 En caso de que el propietario del veh\u00edculo no pueda realizar el tramite deber\u00e1 otorgar poder o mandato a un tercero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Formulario de solicitud de tr\u00e1mites del registro nacional automotor debidamente diligenciado, firmado por el propietario
\u2022 Recibo de pago de los derechos del tr\u00e1mite<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Licencia de tr\u00e1nsito o tarjeta de registro y placas, en caso contrario la manifestaci\u00f3n escrita sobre la p\u00e9rdida.
\u2022 Informe de accidente de tr\u00e1nsito emitido por la autoridad de tr\u00e1nsito que lo atendi\u00f3 (IPAT)
\u2022 Concepto t\u00e9cnico sobre el da\u00f1o que amerita la declaratoria de la destrucci\u00f3n total emitido por perito de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Aseguradora si el veh\u00edculo estaba asegurado, de lo contrario perito nombrado bajo las costas de los propietarios del veh\u00edculo automotor, por la autoridad de tr\u00e1nsito o por la autoridad judicial seg\u00fan corresponda.
\u2022 Certificaci\u00f3n de la ocurrencia del hecho emitida por el Comandante de la Polic\u00eda de Carreteras o, en su defecto la expedida por el Comandante del Distrito de la Polic\u00eda Nacional de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n seg\u00fan corresponda.
\u2022 Certificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de la SIJIN o DIJIN en la que se detallen las caracter\u00edsticas de identificaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo que sean posibles o de no serlo se exprese tal condici\u00f3n.
\u2022 Registro fotogr\u00e1fico
\u2022 Certificado de paz y salvo por impuestos departamentales del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
